I have been pretty slack this summer on my eating habits and my exercise routine. Normally an avid runner, I have had to put that on the back burner due to a health issue and unfortunately my normally healthy eating habits also took a nose dive. Eating healthy is on my agenda starting ASAP!

The cereal is a sweet, crunchy corn or wheat puff. They are even the right size for making a mid-day dry snack. Honestly they are great! I will defintely put them on my shopping list.
