Flimsee

My Fall Giveaway Festival sponsor is Flimsee, the newest outdoor game to entertain while tailgating, barbecuing, picnicking, camping or any other outdoor activity that you can imagine. My husband is an avid disc golfer and when he saw this at our our local community festival he was just dying to try it. Let me tell you it is even more fun than it looks. I contacted the fellas over at Flimsee and they have generously offered up one complete Flimsee set as the prize for this event. Woo Hoo!

Here is a little about Flimsee:

Tired of just tossing a bag at a hole? Tired of simply playing catch? Flimsee® includes two competition 10″ disc with some unconventional portable goal posts.  Reusable Flimsee® cups are placed atop these sticks for an intense defensive objective that gets people outside having serious fun. Use official Flimsee rules or make up your own. Either way, the flexible equipment will challenge your intellect as well as your athleticism.
The Classic Flimsee® Set includes 4 Flimsee Sticks, 2 official disc, 6 cups, 1 big ass nail, a stick holder, and rules in a nice cotton drawstring bag.

Doesn’t this sound like a blast? Let me tell you it is. I am not the worlds best disc thrower [to be honest, I am pretty lousy] but this game is so addicting that you will never want to play corn hole again. Not to mention what a great gift this would be for the “man” in your life. I know their videos show mostly adults playing but my 6 year old enjoyed the game too. We just have to modify the rules a little bit to make it kid friendly and he was pounding his fists in the air when he rescued his cup from falling on the ground. Flimsee also offers a great video on how to play!

To enter to win your very own Flimsee set just click on the read more tab and fill out the Rafflecopter form. Super easy entries!

The giveaway ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 pm EST. The winner will be selected at random and have 48 hours to reply back before a new winner is selected. Good luck.

This game looks super incredible, glad to see some innovation coming out of Ohio. It was due time for a funner lawn game, cornhole has become a little boring for the fam, but for some reason we continue to drag those things out to the yard. I hope to win, but I am ordering one of these sets from their site anyways. http://www.flimsee.com
