Praise & Giveaway: Jeremy Riddle’s Furious

When I first became a Christian I attended the Vineyard Church of Columbus. It is one of the largest Vineyard churches in the country and it was filled with music that I had never heard in my previous Anglican churches. Jeremy Riddles music has always moved me in a way that other worship songs did not. His most popular song, Sweetly Broken, is still one of the most played songs on my Ipod. He was one of the first Christian musicians that I began to recognize no matter who was singing his songs.


Furious is an outstanding worship album and lives up to any expectation that one might have about Jeremy Riddle’s passion and dedication to his calling. All 12 songs make me want to sing along with my hands raised or fall on my face in humble adoration. 


My favorite song (so far) is #4 – One Thing Remains. I love the chorus, “Your love, never fails, never gives up, it never runs out on me, your love.” It is a great song to add to my Christian running playlist as a warm up or even a push through song at the end. I also like Walk in the Promise, as it reminds of a message that I had received recently during a particularly difficult time.
