A few months ago, my dear friend Missy introduced me to her friend Isaiah and the amazing new company Robert’s Remedies. Missy is a lot like me in that she tries to be as crunchy as possible when it comes to the products that she uses on herself and her family.  When she told me about Robert’s Remedies, I was eager to check out their all natural skin care products that contain their unique compound eBYE.

Robert’s Remedies currently has two products: Sunburn & Bite Balm 2.0 (just released a new version yesterday) and the Nightly Facial. I was sent a full size sample of each product to try out on my family.

The Sunburn & Bite Balm is a natural blend of eBYE and aloe vera. It is recommended for use on Sunburns, bug bites, razor burn and other skin irritations.

The Nightly Facial is premium serum that includes the eBYE, anti-aging ingredients, and other ingredients to help: repair damaged skin, reduce inflammation, smooth fine lines, stimulate skin rejuvenation and firm facial contours.

My review:  I am absolutely in love with the Nightly Facial. I have severe rosacea coupled with dry skin. I can literally goop on various cold creams and 10 minutes later feel like my face is as dry as the desert. The Robert’s Remedies Nightly Facial has worked wonders on my skin. I have seen a significant decrease in redness and my fine wrinkles. Even hours after I have used the product, my skin feels soft and smooth. Not that this picture says much, but this is a just a look at my skin after I slathered on the Nightly Facial. I wish you could reach in and touch my skin, you would be amazed at the softness.



We have not had the opportunity to test the Sunburn Balm on an actual sunburn or bug bites but we have used it on a few cuts and scrapes. After reading about the razor burn, I made sure to use some after shaving and was pleased with how soft it made my legs. And considering that both my son and I are allergic to mosquitoes, I have no doubt we will be getting a lot of use next year when those pesky bugs return. Both my kids have used it on their cuts and scrapes and neither have even made a little complaint that it burns or hurts. Which is saying a lot because my son will often act like I am poking him with needles when I put on antibiotic ointments.



I am glad to see that they chose to change the packaging from a jar to a pump bottle. It is a very thin liquid. I just dip the tip of my finger in the jar and a little goes a very long way. I love the soft scent of lavender that the product contains.

    I learned that All Robert’s Remedies are paraben free and instead contain only the most basic of preservatives.
