In Search of a Healthier, Happier, Skinnier Me!
About Me: I am a 30 something (*cough cough*) Mom of two and wife of one. I work full time as a video relay interpreter and that basically includes sitting in a chair 32 hours a week flapping my arms, which might burn calories if I wasn’t normally sipping on some sweet and frosty beverage. I am not your typical yo-yo dieter, to be honest I have only ever been on a diet once and that lasted a total of 8 weeks. I am a convenience eater and rarely plan. It’s usually whatever I grab while heading out the door or at a drive through window.
Likes: Sweet Tea, Bread, Butter, Cream, Fried Pickles, Mayo on my French Fries, Ice Cream, Nutella, Fried Okra, Gravy, Cheese, Crackers, Coke, Waffles and potatoes.
Dislikes: Broccoli, Fruit, Deli Meat, Lean Meat, Vegetables, Salad, Water, Plain Coffee/Tea, cooking, tofu and well anything else that might be healthy.

Oh I hear ya! I’m a huge sweets sort of person! I can’t get enough chocolate and I LOVE coffee with flavored creamer. Anything deep fried is a plus and…I must stop now! I’m happy to be taking this challenge with you. 😉
