So.. Wednesday is my weigh in day. Let’s be honest, this is not a day to “look forward to,” nor is it a day I normally publicize. However, having this weekly (self imposed) requirement is helping me keep on track with my goals. Today, I decided that you, my supporters and readers, needed a little sneak peak into my world to see how Cinch really works.
When you start Cinch, you are given a subscription to the Cinch Wellness site. In the website you input your measurements, weight, exercise level and goal weight. Cinch Wellness then allots you a daily caloric intake and goal date.
For me, I wanted to lose 1lb per week for 17 weeks. My goal weight is 135lbs. That means I have 17lbs to lose in 17 weeks. Being on the “smaller” side, this is a perfect amount of weight to lose.
Originally, I was struggling a bit, not losing. Cinch had my calories a little high (1700), so I met with my family doctor and she suggested a 1500 calorie diet with exercise and to put back some of the calories when I have a long distance run.
Once I made these adjustments, the weight started coming off and pretty much, I have been losing 1lb per week. This is why I love Cinch. It is easy, healthy and a great way to lose weight. I feel great. I have tons of energy and I am losing the weight in a healthy way.
I wish I had taken scale pictures every week but I honestly didn’t think about it. Here are the few pictures that I have taken…and scales don’t lie!

This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation’s Team #Cinchspiration Campaign. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own.
How many more weeks do you have to go? So happy you have more energy. I think that’s what stops people from losing weight in the first place, because they don’t have the energy to do it. It’s such a vicious cycle.
