Every woman watching their weight needs to find a special treat that they can enjoy without worrying about the calories. That is why, when Whole Fruit contacted about reviewing their new Smoothies, I couldn’t say no. I mean, come on, what could be better than a perfectly sized cup of delicious sweet fruit.
The Whole Fruit Smoothies are made with real fruit, are only 100 calories per cup and there is no prep work needed to enjoy them. Plus if you want to toss them in the blender, all you have to do is microwave them for 20 seconds. They come in three flavors: Mixed Berry, Strawberry Banana and Pineapple Mango.
Let’s start with the review. The kids and I really enjoyed all the flavors of Whole Fruit Smoothie. Lu liked the Mixed Berry best, Eph went more traditional and I just loved the mango. Mostly we just ate them right out of the fridge.
One night, I was having a sweet tooth attack and decided to warm mine up with a handful of chocolate chips and OH MY, absolutely delish. The smoothie reminded me of a wonderful sorbet from a fancy shop near where I grew up. On another occasion, I had run out of milk, but needed to make my protein shake, so I melted the smoothie, tossed it in my blender with my protein powder and mixed up a wonderful lunch.
Overall we loved the Whole Fruit Smoothies. We have eaten all 12 that were sent to us and maybe bought some more. Find out more on the J & J Snack Foods Website and on Facebook.

This sounds so good and much better for you than brownies when I’m craving something sweet.
