I almost feel a little bit out of the game bringing you this review on Sunday night, however, I am sure there are at least a few of you that didn’t make it out to the theaters this weekend. Maybe you are saving this movie for an upcoming snow day or even Christmas. [
If you little ones will let you wait that long.] Either way, this is a MUST SEE, MUST BUY Disney movie. It is sure to be an instant Disney classic.
With previews showing nonstop on the Disney Channel, ABC and Disney Jr, my kids were eagerly waiting to see Frozen. They both totally understand that we get to see some movies ahead of time and couldn’t wait to add this one to their list. Plus Lu had been given the Elsa and Anna dolls for her birthday so she wanted to take them with us.
Disney’s Frozen is the a wonderful story about sisters. A break from the Disneyesque damsel in distress type movie, Frozen brings us a true heroine, a couple of goofy guys and the ever popular fantasy character. Instead of the typical protagonist, the sweet sisters are torn apart by fear. The movie takes them each on a journey that will eventually bring them back together. During this time, you will have a lot of laughs, a few tears and of course a couple of cheers.
Then in the end…there might even be a prince and a kiss.
My family loved Frozen. Lu was mesmerized with the two princesses and Eph couldn’t get enough of Olaf. I have caught them both acting out different little comments that Olaf had said during the movie. Personally, I loved the trolls and that silly old Reindeer, Sven. I have a heart for the little animals which such charming personalities.
Frozen is in theaters now. You won’t want to miss this one!
Find Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf on Facebook, Twitter and of course on their main movie page.
