Praise: Hallmark’s Request a Song Mimi

I have never met a little girl that doesn’t love to sing and dance and my little Lulu is absolutely the same. She can make a dance routine out to a toilet paper commercial if she likes the beat. So I wasn’t at all surprised that she fell head over heals in love with Hallmark’s Request a Song Mimi.

Mimi is a sweet little mouse with a huge heart. Her Ireplay technology that allows you request one of her 7 pre-recorded songs. If you just can’t decided, then all you have to say is, “Mimi’s Choice” and she will choose one for you. All of her songs are wholesome, sweet pop tunes that will be memorized by your little one in just a matter of hours.

Lu couldn’t wait to play with Mimi and even thought we have had her for a month, she was still taken on a walk with us tonight. She has also become a huge part of our bedtime routine with her Good Night song. Which I normally hear at least 4-5 more times after I leave the room. She is 100% in love with Mimi.

Now, I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that we had a little difficulty getting Mimi to listen in the beginning. I knew that there had to be a microphone somewhere in her but we couldn’t figure out where. We kind of had a running joke that our Mimi was Deaf (which fits perfectly with our family.) Lu and I even teased by putting the baby’s hearing aids on her for a picture. I still couldn’t get her to listen so we sent her to kindergarten and that seemed to make a difference.

Just teasing. Hallmark sent out a tips and tricks sheet for us to use and that made the difference.
