Parenting Survey – Church Attendance & Special Needs Children

August 19, 2015 By Melanie

Disclaimer: I am using the term “special needs” to include children with a range of medical, physical and sensory disabilities. While I prefer to use positive and affirming choices, I believe “special needs” best defines the intentions of the survey.

Have you ever looked around your church and realized that there are no families with special needs children? Do you know a parent or family that has stopped attending church because they have a child with special needs?

I am conducting a survey for an upcoming series on Sunshine Praises. If you have a special needs child, I would be very grateful if you would complete this short survey. All information will be kept confidential.

Thank you for taking time to help me with this important project.

NOTE: The survey is embedded in the image blow. You can access the questions by clicking on the image and scrolling down.
