Welcome to the 2015 rendition of Elf Shenanigans! Stockings are hung, lights are strung and children are going to bed with dreams of elves in their sweet little heads. It’s elf return week and this year I have sweetened up the deal by providing a $25 gift card to one of my lucky fellow elf owning families.
Our family elf is one of the highlights of the holiday season. Even before there was an elf of every shelf, Nico was bringing joy and surprises into our home. Our elf Nico doesn’t do sneaky or mischievous activities everyday but when he does, he gets in as much trouble as he can. He also brings little Bible verses, charity needs and other mini life lessons. I am thankful for the extra bits of magic he instills in our home during the Christmas season.
This year Nico (due to some serious parental misjudgment) has been joined by our newly adopted reindeer, Snowflake. I am sure these two will be having all sorts of fun this Christmas and we can’t wait to see what all of his elf friends are doing in your homes.
