With my son’s ADHD and my daughter’s life threatening allergies, I am constantly trying to reduce their exposure to unnecessary chemicals and harmful toxins. I would call myself semi-crunchy. I cloth diapered (as much as possible), we shop local (organic when possible) and I do my best to recycle, reuse and reduce where ever I can.
With that being said, sometimes the thought of walking into a health store and staring at an infinite number of bottles and products is overwhelming.
