Goal #1 (Physical) – 120 miles in 30 days
My original thought was that I would average about 3 miles per day for 30 days and I am not doing that bad. I am 5 miles shy of the 18 miles that I would have needed through today. I have been doing a lot of biking this week and I am excited to go back to running club tomorrow night. I am always a tad more motivated to run when I know that Chris (running coach) is going to be putting on the pressure.
Goal #2 (Mental) – Write an original entry 5 days per week
This one is going much better than anticipated. As much as I love my new blog, coming up with a unique thought or story on a daily basis is difficult. I also am enjoying all my reviews but am shocked at the amount of time that I spend on each one. I have several reviews in the works and I really want them to be perfect so I spend a significant amount of time on each one, taking photos, videos, researching and writing. I really want this aspect of my blog to be successful so I am taking the time on each one.
Goal #3 (Spiritual) – Read the Bible for 15 minutes per day and attend church/small group
Church yesterday – CHECK! We had a great service yesterday at our church. Our new assistant pastor spoke about living authentically. I am not really the type of person who is very good at being an open book but I realize that as a Christian it is necessary. If I want people to see the true me, then I must live in a way that makes people want to have what I have. I must be salt and light in the universe.
Bible reading – not so much. All I can say is I need to work on it.
Overall, I am pleased with the first 6 days of the Leap Out of Your Box Challenge. I need to hustle to get those miles in and do some reading this week. Good thing there are 25 more days to go!
I will give a team update this week too, but the girls are all doing great!

It sounds like you have some great goals and you are off to a good start!
