Woo Hoo! If I was still a cheerleader, I would be doing cartwheels and herky jumps across the front yard while yelling “G-O! G-O! Let’s GO Team Cinch!
Month two has been fantastic! Challenging but fantastic! When I jumped in the scale for this months “weigh in.” I was really a bit surprised to see that I am down to 142.2! That’s right…THE BIG 10lb goal! I honestly couldn’t believe it! I have lost T-E-N pounds total in the past 8 weeks. It is an amazing feeling to know that I am losing weight and transforming my body at the same time!
Here are my updated pictures! Click here to see my before pictures. I don’t see a huge difference but I can tell that my clothes are fitting better (haven’t changed sizes yet, but not struggling to button the size 8’s anymore.)
And my side by side for June and August! I didn’t do July (not enough change). I don’t see a huge change but maybe you will.
Goals for Month 3:
1) Stay focused and continue making good food choices!
2) Run 5 days per week.
3) Add a weights and abs to my YMCA workouts 2x per week.
4) Drink MORE water!
5) Don’t reward myself with food.
Check out this months VLOG! Next month I am committing to get out of the house and take this VLOG on location! Look out for something out of my comfort zone!
