It’s that time again! My monthly Shaklee Cinch check in. Can you believe that this is the end of 12 weeks? It might not seem possible but it sure does feel amazing.
This month has brought a couple of exciting points. I am finally wearing most of my size 6 pants and comfortably I might add. Plus my size 8’s are becoming too big. By the end of the day they are literally falling off me. I actually feel much lighter and it has enabled me to break some of my personal running records.
Broke the 30 minute 5K barrier! |
My challenges this month have been the weekends. We have had so much going on and we are out and about so much that I tend to make not so healthy choices. I eat really great when I am logging every calorie and really taking notice of what I am putting in my body.
Week 12 (Month 3 ending) Details:
Measurements didn’t change significantly but the scale is moving down!
I honestly never thought that it would be such a cinch to to completely transform myself. I am just 1lb from the high end of my goal weight and 3lbs from low. 135…Here I come!
Goals for Month 4:
- Continue drinking water.
- Keep logging my calories.
- Start looking at healthy “maintenance” choices.
I got this super sweet compliment from an old friend on my FB page. He is actually saying that I look 20 years younger! Really…20 years! I will take it!
