Tomorrow is a very BIG day for me. Ok, well, it probably isn’t that big of a deal but as of 9:04am CST, I will officially be 40 years old. When I was a little girl, my Mom would let me stay home from school and we would celebrate at 9:04am. Once I went out on my own, I would get a call on my “birthday,” which can’t actually be celebrated until the clock strikes.
In the mean time, I wanted to write a highlight post so that you can easily find all the exciting happenings and giveaways going on right now!
- Maxwell Designs Wristlet Giveaway
- 12 Days of Crunchy with the Inquisitive Mom and our friends at Spray Pal.

Lastly….I am starting to get all of my Elf on the Shelf pictures together. Do you have an Elf? You won’t want to miss my posts and Pinterest boards. Our has spent the last 3 years being amazingly creative.
My daughter had her second competitive cheer competition on Saturday. Her little squad are on the Tiny Level 1 team and they are so adorable. I didn’t think I would like cheer as much as I do but I am loving it. Her she is right before she started her routine. They took 3rd place. Proud Mama!
Have a great week!

Well congratulations on the 4-0! We never did anything in celebration of the actual time of my birth but that sounds like a really fun tradition to keep with your mom.

Your daughter just looks adorable doing the competitive cheering! I bet she has a blast doing it too!
I had never heard of “The Elf on the Shelf” until recently. I don’t think this was a thing when I was a kid? At least I didn’t know of friends who partook in it. But it seems like a neat tradition; fun to get creative with.
& Happy Birthday! 🙂
